Delivery charges stated are for UK Mainland Addresses only. We regret we are unable to deliver outside of the UK.
We accept all major Credit and Debit card payments, as well as payments by cheque or postal order. Credit or Debit Cards are charged through our secure credit card facility provided by PayPal. If paying by cheque please allow an additional 5 working days for cheques to clear before your order is dispatched. Please make cheques payable to O'Hagan's Limited
In order to purchase from us you will need to create an account (see our How to Order page). This is a simple process which you will only need to do once. Once your account is created you will be able to make future orders faster, as well as update your details, send gifts to other people in your personal address book, and view your previous orders.
When you create an account, your details will be stored securely in our database and will be accessible only by logging in using your email address and unique password. Please do not disclose your password to anyone. If you forget your password you can request that a reminder be sent to the email address you provided during registration. If you no longer use that email address, please click here to contact the webmaster and we will update your details (we will ask some security questions to verify your identity), alternatively call us on 01243 649133.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices include VAT at the current UK rate. Delivery charges and VAT are calculated automatically when you reach the checkout page and will be shown clearly on your receipt or invoice.
We regret we cannot accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products.
You may cancel your order at any time during the checkout procedure up to the point where you select the option to Confirm your order. Beyond that point we regret orders cannot be cancelled.
