O'Hagan's famous Six Nations menu has been running for many years. The O'Hagan's are a mad rugby family, Bill and Liam came up with the idea of putting the menu together after a few pints watching a game back in 2005. It is a selection of 6 varieties of sausages representing each country that play in the Six Nations. Perfect to enjoy with friends while the games are on or just as a good selection of sausages to have in the freezer for meal times. As a special six nations offer we are not charging the £11.50 p&p on this package. You get the 12 x 454g packs below (6 sausages per pack) 2 packs per country (72 sausages in total). 2 x 454g St George Sausage- This sausage was created by O'Hagan's in 2003 to celebrate England 2003 World Cup win. It contains Pork and Beef, as this used to be the nations favorite combination of meat in a sausage. It also has real ale (of course!) and sage, a favorite herb in English sausages. 50% Pork 35% Beef, oats, eggs, beer, salt, pepper, sage, other herbs and spices. Swing low sweet chariot!
2 x 454g Toulouse Pork- A very meaty sausage with lots of garlic, white wine and parsley. 95% Pork, white wine (sulphites), garlic, parsley, salt, pepper other herbs and spices. Allez les bleus!
2 x 454g Lamb & Leek- Two classic Welsh ingredients make a amazing sausage. While pork and leek is well known, these two actually make a better combination. 60% Lamb, 15% Beef 8% Leeks, oats, water, salt, pepper, other herbs and spices. Bread of heaven!
2 x 454g Beef and Guinness- Guinness.....enough said! 84% Beef, Guinness, oats, salt, pepper other herbs and spices. Play the wild rover!
2 x 454g Sweet Italian- It contains fennel, an essential in most Italian sausages. Also with garlic and white wine. 95% Pork, white wine (sulphites), garlic, fennel, salt, pepper other herbs and spices. Azzurri!
2 x Aberdeen Beef and Bacon- A great smokey sausage with a mild seasoning but with the great flavor of beef and bacon. 60% Beef 20% Bacon, oats, eggs, water, salt, pepper, natural smoke, other herbs and spices. O flower of Scotland!
The sausages are made in Sidlesham, south of Chichester.
