When O'Hagan's moved to Chichester from Greenwich in 1992 a sausage was made especially in honour of the Cathedral city. It is mild herby and uses a very good locally brewed real ale.
Ingredients: 70% pork, Ballard's Best Bitter, oats, mixed herbs and mild spices.
The sausages made in Sidlesham, south of Chichester, West Sussex are high meat/low fat recipes.
