This is a new O'Hagan's sausage created by O'Hagan Junior. It makes for great comfort food. The perfect winter warmer with mash and gravy.

Ingredients: 50% beef, 20% kidney, oats, ale, mushrooms, Worcester sauce, salt, pepper other herbs and spices.
