This recipe was taken from a 1920's Women's institute magazine. It is a traditional South African recipe that contains pork back fat and coriander as the distinctive flavour.
Ingredients: 60% Beef, 34% Pork back fat, red wine (sulphites), vinegar, salt, pepper, coriander and other herbs and spices.
