After a visit to Somerset in 1985 we were so inspired by real scrumpy cider that we decided to use it in a pork sausage together with fresh apples. We use local cider.
Ingredients: 80% pork, oats, cider(suplhites), 7.5% fresh apples, sea salt, pepper, Mustard, sage, herbs and spices.
