Like many of the O'Hagan family recipes this sausage main feature is alcohol. Real Ale being O'Hagan's founder, Bill O'Hagan's favourite tipple. It uses local brewery Irvings (Portsmouth) Type 42 Bitter. If we haven't drunk it all!
