A great herby lamb sausage. With a splash of red wine to add to the traditional combo. One of the first varieties on our menu. in Greenwich, way back in 1988.

Ingredients: 60% lamb, 27%beef, Oats, Red wine (sulphites), water, rosemary, salt, pepper and other herbs and spices. Normally made in hog casings but can be in sheep (chipolatas) please state in delivery instructions if required in sheep casings

The sausages made in Sidlesham, south of Chichester, West Sussex.
