A great herby lamb sausage. With a splash of red wine to add to the traditional combo. One of the first varieties on our menu. in Greenwich, way back in 1988.

Ingredients: 60% lamb, 27%beef, oats, red wine, water, rosemary, salt, pepper and other herbs and spices.

The sausages made in Sidlesham, south of Chichester, West Sussex are high meat/low fat recipes.
