These very traditional ingredients blend beautifully to make a great sausage. What more can you say?

Ingredients: 60% Lamb, 28% Beef, Oats, water , vinegar, mint, salt, pepper and other herbs and spices.
Normally made in hog casings but can be in sheep (chipolatas) please state in instructions if required in sheep casings. 

The sausages made in Sidlesham, south of Chichester, West Sussex.
