This great combination of flavours is great as a sausage on its own, but after grilling or baking, try it on mash with a good home made mature cheddar cheese sauce.
Ingredients: 50% lamb 25% beef, fresh leeks,oats, water, sea salt, pepper, herbs and spices. Normally made in hog casings but can be in sheep (chipolatas) please state in delivery instructions if required in sheep casings
