Developed by O'Hagans in the early 80s it has a truly great Irish flavour and as well as being served with mash potato it goes especially well with colcannon.
Ingredients: 86% beef, Guinness, oats, sea salt, pepper, traditional seasoning. Normally made in hog casings but can be in sheep (chipolatas) please state in instructions if required in sheep casings.
The sausages are made in Sidlesham, south of Chichester.
