Created to celebrate the 200th anniversary in 2005 of Nelson's victory. This sausage is full of Rum, given to sailors as their daily ration. It also includes garlic, to remind the French who won.
Ingredients: 95% Pork, garlic, salt, pepper, other herbs and spices.
