A traditional Italian recipe that was found by Bill O'Hagan in Cessa, Central Italy. All Italian sausages contain garlic and fennel, these have plenty of both and a dash of white wine.
Ingredients: 95% pork, white wine, garlic, fennel, sea salt and other herbs and spices.
The sausages made in Sidlesham, south of Chichester, West Sussex are high meat/low fat recipes.
