This recipe was taken from a 1920's Women's institute magazine. It is a traditional South African recipe that contains local Sussex and Hants beef, pork back fat and coriander as the distinctive flavour.
Ingredients: 60% local Beef, 34% Pork back fat, red wine, vinegar, salt, pepper, coriander and other herbs and spices.
