This high-meat pork sausage is flavoured with dried Cape apricots soaked in a French brandy. It is a delicious dinner party sausage. Enjoy! Never prick an O'Hagan's sausage.

Ingredients: 87% pork, Cape apricots, brandy, sea salt, pepper, herbs and spices.
