After a visit to Somerset in 1985 we were so inspired by real scrumpy cider that we decided to use it in a pork sausage together with fresh apples. We use local cider.
Ingredients: 80% pork, oats, cider, 7.5% fresh apples, sea salt, pepper, sage, herbs and spices.
The sausages made in Sidlesham, south of Chichester, West Sussex are high meat/low fat recipes.
