This very popular sausage in the north of England is less well known on the south coast. Our recipe has now, however, become a firm family favourite in many households.

Ingredients: 77% pork shoulder, oats, water, tomato puree, celery salt, salt, pepper, other herbs and spices.

The sausages made in Sidlesham, south of Chichester, West Sussex are high meat/low fat recipes.
