A citrus pork sausage with rosemary, honey and garlic. The orange used is dried peel that makes a bitter citrus, orange spice. This with honey rosemary and a hint of garlic really gives a taste sensation. The Orange peel has gone through a new process and is naturally dried. This process keeps high amounts of vitamin A and D lost in other drying process. The Vitamin D also holds maxim bio flavornoids. It not only tastes great but gives you vitamins other sausages don't!

Ingredients: 90% Pork, Oats, 2.5% dried orange peel, 5% honey, rosemary, garlic, water, salt, pepper other herbs and spices.

The sausages made in Sidlesham, south of Chichester, West Sussex are high meat/low fat recipes.
