This O'Hagan family creation is based on that traditional favourite Welsh Rarebit. The mustard blends superbly with the ale and cheese. Also added is a touch of natural smoke liquid to create a sausage quite like no other.

Ingredients: 78% pork, cheese, oats, ale, Worcester sauce, natural smoke liquid, Mustard, salt, pepper and herbs and spices.

The sausages made in Sidlesham, south of Chichester, West Sussex are high meat/low fat recipes.
