A Malaysian style sausage with flavours of the east. Pineapple and spring onions give the sausage a fresh taste. While the eastern spices gives punch to the sausage.

Ingredients: 50% chicken, 26% turkey, oats, pineapple, spring onions, soy sauce, salt, pepper other herbs and spices.

The sausages made in Sidlesham, south of Chichester, West Sussex are high meat/low fat recipes.
